This template will allow you to dynamically change the response-options in a select-one or a select-multiple question type.  

If you wanted to wanted to ask two select-one questions in a row - with the same option list - but in the second question, exclude the option that was selected in the first question...

Or, if you wanted to collect location data using a ‘cascade select’ - where only towns in a selected region are able to be selected, rather than all the towns in your list, then this template is for you!
